Pricing policy
I endeavour to get the prices right but unfortunatley mistakes do happen (albeit very rarely!) and I reserve the right to withdraw any piece of artwork from sale at any time. Prices are visible next to each piece for sale on this website. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
Cancellation policy
Once an order has been accepted, processed and funds transfered, it cannot be cancelled. Returns may be accepted (see below for details) in some circumstances.
Delivery policy
Items can be posted to anywhere in mainland UK, usually within 10 workings days. I use a specialst packaging company who then pass the packaged art work to the courier to be delivered to your chosen address. The cost of this service starts from £35. Goods need to be signed for and checked with courier on arrival. Some collectors have found it useful to have artwork delivered to a work address as delivery slots are usually between 1000 & 1700 Monday - Friday.
Return\refund policy
Unfortunaltey I am unable to offer refunds but may consider an exchange if the artwork is returned within two weeks and in the same condition as they were sold. All postage and packaging fees are the responsibility of the buyer and a restocking fee may be charged.
